Oceanic Express provides full technical management services for a variety of ship types including Bulk Carriers, Container, General Cargo and Tanker vessels. Drawing on a wealth of experience and expertise, our technical personnel offer in-depth knowledge of the industry and best management practices.

The fundamental policy is enforced through our Quality, Safety and Environmental Protection Management system, in full compliance with the ISO Quality Assurance Standard, the International Safety Management Code and the Maritime Labour Convention.

When any vessel enters Oceanic Express, it receives full attention from our dedicated Technical Superintendents and Purchasing Officers. All overseen by the Fleet Technical Managers together with the Purchasing Supervisors.

All other departments within Oceanic Express are in support of the Technical Department and its related services.

• Management and maintenance of vessels in compliance with International and National regulations, Classification societies, applicable codes, industry standards and best practices.

We use our worldwide network of established technical suppliers to negotiate favourable credit terms and repayment plans for our clients. Always looking to minimise cost and maximise profitability for our clients, we continually assess new options for cost management and control.
